He has worked as a consultant for financial intermediaries and structured finance for major Italian banks. He continued his career in Supply Chain Finance, in the field of corporate restructuring and credit mediation. The transversality of his experiences allowed his realisation of the existing mismatch between the financial needs of manufacturing companies - increasingly sophisticated - and the offer of the consulting and advisory sector - purely relational and highly segmented. The goal at Hoshin is to realign the financial response to the real needs of companies through the offer of innovative products.

In twenty years of activity he has assisted companies and operators of Private Equity in financing acquisitions, reorganising their financial structure and optimising their working capital. His in-depth knowledge of companies and financial operators, in a context of rapid and continuous change, led him to the creation of Hoshin, a new firm capable to face the challenges of the future. The aim is to bridge the information gap between the often impermeable financial sector and the entrepreneurial sector by offering structured and innovative solutions.

Degree in Economics and Business Management at Federico II University and Master in Accounting, Auditing & Control at Bocconi University. He participates with partners in defining operations structure, identifying execution strategies, managing the process with lenders and maintaining operational relationships with clients. Before Hoshin, he worked at PwC in auditing and transaction services.

Prima di Hoshin ha lavorato in Unicredit e in Arpe Group, in quest’ultima si è occupato di Corporate Finance.

Supporta il team nelle fasi di strutturazione ed esecuzione delle operazioni. Si occupa della valutazione dei fabbisogni finanziari delle aziende. della predisposizione di pitch informativi e dello sviluppo di piani corporate. Prima di entrare in Hoshin ha lavorato in Anthilia Capital Partners nell'ambito del debt advisory e, precedentemente, in Europa Investimenti, focalizzandosi su operazioni di ristrutturazione e gestione del credito.

Assists the managing partners in organisational activities and team coordination. She is in charge of managing compliance and administrative processes and corporate communication activities. Before Hoshin, she worked at IWG PIc and other international groups handling client relations and coordination of back office activities.
